Cheesy name, great company! TLDR: able to get me scheduled quickly, up front/ clear/fair/ on demand pricing, Knowledgeable electrician, on time and even early, efficient, friendly service. Will use again! This review is long overdue. We hired Mr. Sparky to complete several projects over a span of two days (install ceiling fans, recessed lighting, outlets, switches, some requiring attic access and cutting drywall across the ceiling). AJ Hendrickson came out the next day for a quote and was able to get us scheduled for the next week. We may have been able to be scheduled sooner, but our project would take two days and we wanted it to be done at the same time. AJ was knowledgeable about the work being done, explained the process clearly so we could understand but without demeaning us, and was able to give pricing at that time via his tablet. I like that we were able to have two scenarios created, based on our budget. AJ was friendly and patient with my many questions and ideas. He spent an hour on our quote alone. The pricing was comparable to other quotes and work we’ve had done. Communication from the company and AJ were great. I always received a text message before and after each appointment, letting me know that AJ was on his way and asking how the appointment went. AJ asked if he could arrive a little early on the first day, which was great! He also remembered my specific requests to prioritize work based on my baby’s nap schedule and was flexible when that changed (no sense working in her room while she’s sleeping!) He was patient and accommodating when I changed the plan on him again (“ can we add a dimmer switch instead?”) He was kind and interactive with my 13 month old. He didn’t complain about being in a second story attic on a 90 degree day. He was also thoughtful about letting me know things like that he would have earplugs in while sawing through the wall and may not hear me if I tried to talk to him. His work was quick and clean and thorough. He was very clear with what we should expect when he needed to cut through the ceiling for our recessed lighting- he gave alternatives and we chose to continue with the cutting. The cut was as clean as possible. He also explained things like how dimmer switches are actually adjustable with how dim they can get! If we need electric work done again, Mr. Sparky will be my go-to, and I would request AJ who has set a high bar for other technicians.

I needed a light installed in my kitchen and had been told that the builders didn't put a connection box in the ceiling. I called Mr. Sparky and put came Zach and Rick. They were amazing! Put in the box and the light fixture! They were great! Professional, funny and knew their stuff. Guess who I'm calling next time? Mr. Sparky!

This is a review for the estimation process alone. Carlos was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all my questions and made sure I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. Clearly very skilled at what he does, which created a lot of trust on my behalf. Looking forward to the actual work itself!

Terrific customer experience. The electrician was very friendly, patient, and thorough. He took his time and completely answered all of my questions. The work he did was very good and I have no complaints about that whatsoever. The only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 is the cost. To replace a single circuit breaker cost $450, which is pretty high based on my research. I was able to get the $50 visit fee removed and bring it down to $400, but that is still high. It was a time-sensitive issue so I didn't have the luxury of looking for other electricians whose price was more reasonable. I'd love to use them more, but I think the cost will give me pause.

Had Mister Sparky give us a quote for a baseboard heater in our master bedroom. They were professional in their quote, gave us four different options, and didn't push the most expensive option on us. Carlos and Angel were great. They were able to come back just two days later and get the job done. We are very satisfied. Thank you Carlos and Angel!
